Key project wins:

• The curation and organisation of a substantial project consisting of over 11,000 images, shot across 29 days, with approvals managed for 3 A-List cast members.
• Hand-curated all images down to a working set of just under 5,000 exceptional images, ensuring the client had a wide set of options for coverage whilst not overwhelming the producers, publicist, cast and their reps.
• A total of almost 2,500 images were approved for use by the cast.
• All images were organised and returned to the client in the same working day of the cast completing their approvals.

Their pain:

• The client lacked the time, expertise or computing power to efficiently manage such a high volume of files.
• They needed a platform that would accommodate a longer timeline for cast approvals, which could host their images and track cast progress.

Our solution

• We utilised both manual and computer-based processes to document and track all files to ensure all 11,000+ stills were logged and accounted for from camera to delivery.
• Our team combined decades of photographic experience within the film industry to identify a working set of images to go through approvals that would ensure the production had all the coverage they needed.
• We provided ongoing support to the production as well as 24/7 access to our Help portal to ensure all cast and stakeholders could complete their approvals with ease.
• We hosted the images on the platform for an extended duration to ensure cast had ample time to review images and the production team could follow their progress.

Timeline:

June 30^th 2022  – Original images received.

July 29^th 2022 – All images tagged and uploaded.

June 1^st 2023 – All cast approvals complete.

June 1^st 2023 – All images organised and delivered back to the client with the final set of reports, on the same working day.

I'm part of the marketing team for WTA Media and we engaged with Image Approvals to help streamline our talent approvals process for one of our larger feature films, Redeeming Love.
