On Wednesday Jan 29^th we received an enquiry from independent movie, Project Icon, looking for a solution for managing their stills.

By Thursday Feb 13^th the approvals process was complete.

Entire stills approvals process completed in 11 working days from initial enquiry.

Their pain

Project Icon is an independent film that, coming to us in post-production, had a limited budget with which to manage talent approvals.

They had a total of 299 curated images and one actor with approvals rights.

Our solution

Wanting the easiest and quickest solution and having only a small number of images; Project Icon opted for our full-service package.

They supplied their selected stills to us via a secure download link and we got to work tagging cast, resizing images and uploading to the platform.

We then created accounts for their cast and suppled Welcome Packs to production to forward on to them. These welcome packs contained the casts’ unique log in information and a quick user guide so that production did not have to field any support requests across this process.

We also supplied one production account and user guide to their post-production supervisor so that she could oversee cast progress.

Once cast had completed their approvals, we supplied the approved images back to production.

Timeline:

Wednesday Jan 29^th: Initial enquiry via our website.

Friday Jan 31^st: Paperwork completed.

Wednesday Feb 5^th: Images received from unit photographer

Thursday Feb 6^th: All images tagged and uploaded and actor access granted.

Thursday Feb 13^th: Approvals process is complete for film.
